Tepe Upholstery & Refinishing is the largest family owned and operated Furniture Upholstery Company in Sarasota Florida. Our family’s upholstering business was started in 1920 by Edwin Tepe in South Bend IN. and has been handed down from generation to generation for nearly a century. 

In 1977 Tepe Upholstery & Refinishing opened the Sarasota Facility and quickly incorporated the surrounding area's of Tampa, Bradenton, 
St. Pete, Clear Water.

Currently owned and operated by Greg, Terry, and Tim Tepe,we continue our tradition by leading the industry in specialty upholstery and custom built furniture, headboards, and cornices along with our expansion into draperies, bedspreads and Sarasota’s largest on sight fabric selection.

Our 9,000 sq ft facility has the capacity to handle any size job, from comprehensive commercial & office furnishings, to the custom design and creation of the most unique residential pieces.
